This planning tool prototype allows visitors to build a virtual "plate" and view the nutrients of each food.

Various foods can be selected in five main categories, with the nutrient breakdown shown for each.

The Nutrient Targets screen shows the total of all nutrients in the selected foods, making it easy to identify any gaps.

A single food can be chosen to highlight which nutrients it contributes, and additions or substitutions can be made to reach overall balance.

The Nutrient Explorer shows which foods have the highest/lowest amounts of one or more selected nutrients, helping to identify the best sources.
